Here you may find very relaxed and well-maintained research animals that we deeply care for and they know it. Our systems and methods are delicate and involve friendly holding the animal – rabbit or pig mostly, for the measurement.
OCT, SLIT LAMP, Microsurgery, Tonometry, IOP, Laser treatments and Shirmer tests are standard procedures. Manipulations such as: Descemet’s stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK), suprachoroidal injection, Lens replacement, Glaucoma models and others are professionally performed with the supervision of veterinarians and ophthalmology specialists (both veterinarians and MDs).
